Thank you for being on this journey with me. People often ask me “What is the difference between your Private sessions and your Group sessions and which one should I do?”…

First, let me ask you these questions:
1. Do you have specific needs to support healing towards any injuries?
2. Would you like a tailored regimen for your specific goals?
3. Would you like to achieve/work on your foundation goals before taking classes in a group setting?

Doing Yoga 1 on 1 gives you the advantage of obtaining all of the above while providing the opportunity to experience/understand the discipline in a way that would be more difficult in a group setting.

While both Group Sessions and Private Sessions have amazing outcomes, group sessions are focused on the overall needs of everyone.  Privates are more specific to your personal needs.

Private Sessions are available in Manhattan on Fridays between 4pm – 8pm and on Saturdays between 1:30pm – 4:30pm. In Brooklyn they are available on Sundays between 1:30pm – 4:30pm.
