Thank you for joining me on this journey of yoga practice during the pandemic. This Summer, as more of us were vaccinated, I was thrilled to connect with some of you in person. Check out the photo gallery to see a few such wonderful meetings.

Here are a few things that I have read or listened to this Summer that were particularly meaningful to me:
* On Being with Krista Tippet: Towards a Framework for Repair with Resmaa Menakem and Robin DiAngelo – it is a challenging and important dialogue about White Privilege and the responsibilities and challenges for white folks like me.
* Excellent piece on NPR’s the Take Away: Policing Fatness in Black and Queer Bodies
* a poem about breathing by John Roedel. (text at the end of this newsletter)
