All Beings Yoga with Special Guest
Tuesday April 21st, 7 PM EDT
Mark your calendars! On Tuesday, April 21st, Anita’s friend and fellow-yoga instructor, Vandana Sood-Giddings, will be her special guest during her ZOOM yoga session. Vandana is originally from New Delhi, India and lives in Bozeman, Montana. She beautifully weaves traditional Sanskrit chanting and breathing practices (pranayam) into her classes. She will share some of these practices with us at the beginning of class. We hope you can join us.
Vandana Sood-Giddings won the Davis Peace Project for her project Stretching Towards Peace which focused on yoga and meditation as a counter to youth violence in post conflict areas around the world. In the summer of 2008 she traveled to Sombor, a small town on the border of Serbia, Hungary and Croatia and conducted a two week program for Serbian youth of two age groups. Vandana has taught yoga and meditation in India, Europe and New York with a classical Hatha yoga style mixed with other influences for over 10 years. Follow her on IG @vandana_vibes
