The Yoga World is Changing
The teachings and benefits of yoga are accessible to all. It is not exclusively for the privileged and able-bodied. This past weekend, I was thrilled to lead a class at the Accessible Yoga Conference, whose members are striving to create a yoga community that is equitable and accessible to all.

One of my students has recently moved away and we have begun one-to-one yoga classes using Google Hangouts. They also travel frequently for work, but we are still able to keep to a once-a-week yoga schedule.
