This site is dedicated to an inquiry into yoga. I often write about my own experience, but my posts are only incidentally about me. My intention is to model a seeker on the path. I assume that we share many of the same doubts and hopes and joys common to the human condition. By examining my own practice in this way I hope to stimulate the readers of the blog in the examination of their own practice.
